I often have a difficult time finding answers to my questions, and when I do find the topic, the documentation is often not thorough enough. I'd love to see a more robust KB (so I can stop bothering the support people!)

The one to many tile would be really improved if there were new field features to change the NXT action as completed with a completed date, the NXT action direction, and the outcome as successful. As these fields are req at my org at least.

Sometimes, if there is an error in the list, or downstream, the list doesn't complete processing and so it gets stuck and there is no option in the interface to cancel that current list and select another one.

Update Zoom App invite link URL to be clickable in Outlook or add additional information in the email invite to say if the link is not clickable, then copy and paste the URL into a browser.
