Letter Box can now find the primary contact for an organization and substitute name/salutation fields automatically.

This means that you can create one template and use it across a list of both individual AND organization Constituents. We've added a new organization name field and then fields like name, salutation, and email with dynamically use the primary contact's info. Gone are the days of updating organization letters manually!

We've removed the threshold check for lists under 1,000 records as these are often used for testing, numbers fluctuate because of this, so the threshold is less helpful than in a live list. (Ability for users to enable/disable threshold check themselves for each sync coming shortly...)

Changes to recreating bulk letter run PDF after subsequent letter edits

If individual letters are edited after the PDF is generated, these edits now appear if the whole bulk letter PDF is recreated.

Pledges are a type of Gift in Raisers Edge NXT where constituents promise to make a series of gifts adding up to larger gift over time. A valuable component of any fundraising campaign, and keeping your supporters up to date on the progress they have made on their Pledge is important, but it doesn't need to be time consuming.

Using the new Pledge Schedule template type in Letter Box, you can create beautiful letters showing your constituents the next amount due on their pledge, as well as the entire schedule so they can see how far they've come and what's left to do.

Self Service Mapping Tool for constituent sync

Customers can now create and edit their own mappings between RE data and their marketing platform. Our onboarding team are still totally here to assist - but for changes to existing syncs and adding additional syncs, this hugely streamlines the process as you can make modifications yourself.

All the features of existing mappings are available. Including combined fields, and we’ve integrated more validation checks plus simplified the process of activating the sync so you can access your new data sooner in your marketing platform.

Sync History

Another key feature is the new Sync History tab. This gives you visibility of constituent syncs that have occurred in your environment. Use this to give context if you are troubleshooting the timing or availability of RE Data in your marketing platform.

• Sync status

• Number of records being being synced

• Number of new/changed records

Automated Notifications from Sync Activity

You’ve probably already noticed that you now receive a notification if, for example, your export file is unchanged for more than a few days.

These are part of our drive to proactively keep you in the loop if there’s something that is not usual with your sync (and to give you the tools to troubleshoot and rectify it before it becomes a problem).

Notifications are now automatically sent for:

• FTP credentials expired

• Sync records changed more than 10% (this also pauses the sync so that unintended changes are not synced to your marketing platform)

• RE export file unchanged for more than 3 days (to insure this is intended)

Users can now select "Legal" as a page size option

The template personalisation field now displays Gift Type with the same values that appear in the Raisers Edge NXT interface.

Users can now select columns and change font for the Giving Summary Gift Table.

In addition to gift tables, a table grouped by fund can now be added to Giving Summary Templates

Automatically generate receipt numbers for gift letters in Letter Box’s Bulk Letters or Auto Send Letters.

Setup triggers to automatically send letters in response to activity in Raiser's Edge (eg adding a new gift).

Optionally add criteria so that your letter only sends in defined circumstances, even add a conditional template to further refine the template to be used :)
