As a charity dealing with medical research, our donations are often made in memory of a loved one. We mention that individual in our thank you letters, so a merge field for honour/memorial names would be ideal. Thanks!

"We’re looking for a donation letter generator to use in NXT that can merge Honor/Memorial Tribute information…. For example, “Thank you for your gift in memory of Joe Smith.” Is this something you offer as one of the merge fields? Thank you!"

Example use-case from customer: a tribute gift requires me to generate two acknowledgment letters.

• I need to send a receipt to the person that made the gift - In this letter I need to insert the Tribute (IHO/IMO) name.
• I then need to send a letter to the family of the decedent or the living individual in whose honor the gift was made. In this letter I need to be able to provide the tribute with the name and address of the person who made the gift - so that they can send their own thank you note.
