Support Merge field in PDF File names

I would be great if we could support Merge fields in the PDF file name - to allow us to have file names like "{{FirstName}} {{LastName}} {{ReceiptNumber}}.pdf"
This would be a more meaningful way to name pdfs, and more considerate to donors who make multiple donations and save their receipts.

One more comment .. we would like either the Receipt # OR the Gift ID in the PDF file name. :)
100% - we are a Canadian charity and tax receipts are critical for our donors. Our donors donating more than once a year. Right now they will get the SAME pdf file name for all their receipts and this is going to cause havoc with our older donors potentially overwriting a receipt. Thus our donor services team will have to resend receipts or do replacement receipts.
