We are hoping that Letter Box could support a hierarchy of Contact Types for Org Letter Receipts - for example, use the "Receipt Contact" in the first instance, or if that Contact Type doesnt exist on the record, use "Primary Contact".

Raiser's Edge Database view used to support a hierachy of contact types for receipts, which is why we have our database configured this way.

It's not uncommon for the person who should receive the receipt be somebody in finance (The Receipt Contact), while the person who should be stewarded (the Primary Contact) Is somebody completely different.
