To help clarify the point - typically organizations will send 'One letter' to a notificant that will include donor name/address information when there are more than one donor to the tribute. So one letter, listing each contributor to the tribute. This is far more common, than needing one tribute notificant letter 'per gift' - since the tribute gifts tend to come in volume around the time of memorials. This was the primary configuration used in Raisers Edge database view when available. Thanks!
