Make the author of actions created by Letter Box to reflect the user that created the letter

Currently the user that authorised the app is used. Modify to use the user that created the letter.

Oh gosh, I didn't realize this was the case, I will have to set some clean up queries to review the Author on the actions my colleagues been generating. This would be very helpful.
