Add the following fields to enable adding RG information to templates

• RG Frequency
• RG Start date (this can be used by itself, or can be formatted using "Do" to give the day of the month (draw date) for gifts on a monthly schedule)

Additionally include the following formatting functions:

• Split capitalised words with space, eg the API provided "CreditCard" would be displayed as "Credit Card"
• Remove underscores from system fields and convert to sentence case eg the API provided frequency "EVERY_TWO_WEEKS" would be displayed as "Every two weeks"
