Dynamic Fields from "Current User's" Record

It would be great if you could add dynamic fields based on the user creating the record, so a template, for example, can be signed off dynamically by the person creating it.

This would be a really helpful feature - we send a number of letters via Letterbox on the constituent record and we have to configure different signoffs as different templates, which is clumsy. Having a dynamic field for the User creating the letter would be perfect.
