Ability to choose salutation fallback

Currently, when an alternate name format is used in a template, if it doesn't exist, than the primary salutation of a constituent is used.
Organisations should be able to choose which fallback field they want to default to.
Add a setting in letter-box that would allow choice of "salutation" or "addressee" as the default fallback that will be used for alternative name formats.

Hello!
This was released a while ago but I wanted to update this status so everyone could see that it's available.
You can already choose the fallback by replacing the second argument/variable of the switch function with the merge field of your choice.
The built-in Switch Function follows this format: {{switch primary fallback}}
If you want to change the fallback to something other than salutation, simply change the fallback variable to, first, for first name, or the field of your choice. You can also change the primary field to what you would like too!

great idea, it would be better and more logical for any alternate "addressee" to fall back to "primary addressee" & alternate "salutation" to fall back to "primary salutation"
