A collection of new features, improvements, and fixes completed in the last month at Red Arc. Major new features will have their own associated changelog post.

Note: As of Q4 2025, future improvements and new features for Letter Box will be added only to Letter Box within the Red Arc Platform platform and will not be ported to the stand-alone Letter Box app.

New Features 🆕

Red Arc Platform

• Users can now view and manage their plan/subscription for both Letter Box and Workflow Agents all within the app under "Settings" -> "Plan Management" tab

Improvements 📈

Red Arc Platform

• The first platform admin for the app is the first user to navigate to the full page Red Arc App

Workflow Agents

• Added the ability to clone a Workflow Agent

Letter Box

• When editing a template, the width of the template will match the set width in the page options. This helps users get a better idea of what their letter will look like while editing, without having to preview it

• "Email Sender Settings" emails now have a more consistent look and feel

• Add "Remove Current Sender" button when the email address validation is still pending so that users can update/use a different email address if needed

Fixes 🔧

Workflow Agents

• Fix bug where the run type would display as RENXT webhook even though it was a manual run

Letter Box

• Fixed bug where cloning a template wouldn't transfer over all template settings in certain situations

• Fixed bug where "Email Sender Settings" tile would display blank after filling out the form and clicking "Verify Sender"

• Fixed bug where primary contact name and org name were missing in auto send generated letters

• Fix bug with "Email Insights" status showing dash instead of the data

• Fix bug with Red Arc gift/constituent tile missing on hover message when email is disabled

• Fix bug where inserting the "If Block" wouldn't insert in specific situations

• Fix bug where gift/constituent custom fields were missing in the Letter Box personalize field modal
