A collection of new features, improvements, and fixes completed in the last month at Red Arc. Major new features will have their own associated changelog post.

Note: As of Q4 2025, future improvements and new features for Letter Box will be added only to Letter Box within the Red Arc Platform platform and will not be ported to the stand-alone Letter Box app.

New Features 🆕

Red Arc Platform

• Email marketing connector connections now available within the Red Arc App as well as the ability to create, and view Instant Campaigns

• All users have the ability to create Instant Campaigns through the platform with the following limits for users without a plan: 5 Instant Campaigns / month, 500 Constituents / Campaign.

• Complete Letter Box tile functionality added to the Red Arc App tiles

Letter Box

• Added the ability include already acknowledged gifts in a bulk letter run

• Gift and Constituent Letter history (since Feb 2026) can now be viewed on their respective tiles

Improvements 📈

Red Arc Platform

• Move Environment Details tile to the new Connections -> CRM tab

• Rename "Red Arc Supporter Engagement" to "Red Arc"

• Gracefully handle webhook removal when it already doesn't exist in Raisers Edge

• Several UX improvements to improve consistency, localization support, and UI alignment

• Added specific permissions for the gift and constituent tile

• Added the ability to re-send an email invitation to a new user

Workflow Agents

• Update Workflow Agent cancel modal wording to improve clarity

• Model Updates

  • Added: Opus 4.5, Sonnet 4.6

  • Deprecate: Sonnet 4.5

  • Default: Sonnet 4.6

• Rename “AI Automation Agents” to “Workflow Agents”

• Updated model visibility logic to only show deprecated models (Claude Sonnet 4.5) when they are already selected on an agent. Deprecated models are hidden for new selections.

• Incoming webhook events now check that the Workflow Agent is active and not deleted before processing

Letter Box

• Improve Email Engagement visuals across the app

• Add "Address Block" under "Insert" when editing a template for each one-click address block insertion

• Add "State" to address block

• Added constituent and gift custom fields to the "If Block" modal so that they can easily be included

Fixes 🔧

Red Arc Platform

• Fix bug with not being able to re-invite users whose invitation was expired

Workflow Agents

• Fixed a bug where error toasts would display when fetching trace data that didn't exist

• Fixed a bug where agents would not be de-activated in certain situations

• Fixed a bug where Workflow Agents could be set to active if the underlying RE webhook didn't create successfully

Marketing Connector

• Fixed issues that would occur in specific situations for users with large files/lists and HubSpot connectors

• Fixed a bug where network timeouts in Mailchimp Instant Campaign syncs would cause the IC to be stuck in "Initialized" state

Letter Box

• Fixed bugs where trying to edit a gift/constituent letter in the receipting section in RE (not on the gift/constituent page) would result in infinite loading/freezing. Added warning message and graceful error handling

• Fix bugs with document generation not completing that would occasionally occur

BPAY CRN Generator

• Fix bug where trying to process a list of 0 records would get stuck

• Reduced errors when generating CRN numbers that would occur in certain situations
