A collection of new features, improvements, and fixes completed in the last month at Red Arc. Major new features will have their own associated changelog post.

Note: As of Q4 2025, future improvements and new features for Letter Box will be added only to Letter Box within the Red Arc Platform platform and will not be ported to the stand-alone Letter Box app.

New Features 🆕

Red Arc Platform

• Added the ability to start a Letter Box free trial directly within the app. Available in "Plan Management"

Letter box:

• Add the ability to purchase extra letters for the rest of the month within the app. Available in "Plan Management"

Workflow Agents

• Convert tokens to credits for workflow agents, limits based off of credits not tokens ongoing

• Added the ability to retry agent runs that either failed, or were paused due to insufficient credits

• Added the following tools:

  • "Fetch Query Results" tool so query results can now be used within agents (limit of 50 rows per query)

  • Create Gift Custom Field

  • Get Constituent Custom Field

  • Get Gift Custom Field

• Automatic notifications to Platform Admins when getting low on workflow agent credits

• Added the ability to purchase additional workflow agent credits

Improvements 📈

Red Arc Platform

• Improved the performance across the app for loading grid data. Grid data is now fetched significantly faster

• Improved the instant campaigns grid and consolidated multiple columns into one column so no horizontal scrolling on most screens

• More consistent and clean UI/UX throughout the app including workflow agent designer, personalize modal for template editing, usage tracking for agent credits and letter allowance

Workflow Agents

• Add ability to determine the constituent fundraiser's in agents

Letter Box

• Don't allow template saving if the content is empty,

• Template editing improvements and word import improvements

• Added "Rethink Sans" font

Fixes 🔧

Letter Box

• Bug fix for created scheduled letters not saving the " Include Acknowledged Gifts" field

• Fixed bug where a harmless warning message would appear at the bottom of the tile when editing a letter

• Fixed a bug where the template list wouldn't refresh correctly when switching between gift or constituent within scheduled letters
