A collection of new features, improvements, and fixes completed in the last month at Red Arc. Major new features will have their own associated changelog post.

Note: As of Q4 2025, future improvements and new features for Letter Box will be added only to Letter Box within the Red Arc Platform platform and will not be ported to the stand-alone Letter Box app.

New Features 🆕

Workflow Agents

• New trigger "Payment Declined" which runs the agent only when a gift has had it's payment declined

• Add the ability to add custom agent instructions within triggers and tools, allowing for improved agent creation experience

Improvements 📈

Red Arc Platform

• Improved handling of Raisers Edge authentication issues within the app

• Red Arc App tile on the gift and constituent page is now using Sky UX modern theme

• Improved pagination behavior of all grids across the entire app

• Reduced margin spacing on the right side of the screen improving the UI

• Unified visual themes, elements, buttons, colors throughout all the app

• More consistent "Invite User" outgoing email look and feel

• Many, many smaller improvements

Workflow Agents

• Improved the Workflow Agents run history interface by removing the separate tab and putting it within the specific agent. Many other improvements made here to help users quickly see and navigate their workflow agent run history

• Updated tool names

• The agent run history now loads quicker

• Add the type of run for agents so you can see if it was webhook based, or a manual run

Letter Box

• Improved clarity and usability for Receipt Number Generation and Domain Authentication settings

• Add "package" as an option to add to the Giving Summary table

• Many other smaller improvements

Fixes 🔧

Letter Box

• Fixed a bug that certain users would experience trying to access queries in the app

• Fixed a bug where validating the "Email From" would re-direct users to an invalid link

• Fixed an issue that occurred when trying to add images to the template
